3. Payment can be made by ATM fund transfer to : POSB ACC 557-46681-9
4. Please notify us by email/sms (your name & phone number) once you have made the transaction.
5. Customers can choose the mode of delivery.
(a) Meetups at your conveniant MRT Station- Additional $3.
(b) Normal Mail -Free ( We will not be liable for any lost items along the way)
(c) Registered Mail- Additional $2.24
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges can only be done if item is found to be faulty. We do check through all pieces before mailing them out. Exchanges can be done for similar item only.
In the case when the item is "Out of Stock" , we will do exchange with another item of similar price or above only. Top up is required if exchange with item of higher pricing. In the case if you do exchanges for item below the price , we will not refund the excess.
Exchanges will be done via mail. Please mail back the item to us and we will mail the new item back via normal mail to you. Postage charges will be bared by you.
